POUND is a full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

The workout fuses, cardio, pilates, strength movements and plyometrics and isometric poses.Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix, you'll turn into a calorie torching drummer, POUNDing off the pounds as each song flies by.

Lightly choreographed exercises with a heavy unifying beat suitable for all fitness levels. Movements are easily modified and achieved by the sound you make!
